Appointment Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Appointment Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Below you will find the conditions regarding appointment cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

2. Appointment Cancellation

2.1 Free Cancellation

You may cancel an appointment free of charge if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

2.2 Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in retention of the deposit, if a deposit was paid.

2.3 No-Show

If a patient does not attend the scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, the paid deposit is non-refundable.

3. Refunds

3.1 Appointments Cancelled by the Clinic

If the clinic cancels an appointment, the patient will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

3.2 Appointments Cancelled by the Patient

Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation:

• cancellation more than 24 hours before the appointment → full refund
• cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment → refund at the clinic’s discretion
• no-show → no refund
• 3.3 Refund Method

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

For example:

• payments processed through Stripe → refund issued to the same bank card

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the issuing bank.

4. Courses and Educational Materials

For courses or educational materials available through the website:

• courses may be cancelled with full refund before the start date
• no refunds are provided after the course has started
• course bundles follow the same rules.

Rescheduling an appointment is free of charge, subject to availability.

• from your patient account on the website

• 6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer protection legislation regarding distance contracts, you have the right to withdraw from a service contract within 14 days from the date of contracting.

This right does not apply if:

• the service has already been fully performed
• the service has begun with your express consent.
