Laser acne treatment for face and neck – Er:Glass 1540 nm

The Er:Glass 1540 nm laser is a non-ablative technology used for treating active acne, including extensive forms involving both the facial area and the neck. Through its action in the depth of the dermis, the treatment stimulates skin regeneration processes and contributes to reducing inflammation.

This approach is recommended for patients with persistent or extensive acne, especially in the mandibular and cervical area, where lesions may be more resistant to conventional treatments.

The treatment contributes to diminishing active acne lesions, to improving skin texture, and to evening out the appearance of the skin over a larger surface area.

The procedure is minimally invasive and is performed in the dermatology office. During treatment, a sensation of warmth may occur, and after the procedure, temporary redness may be present, which typically resolves quickly.
