What changes and why it no longer works "like at 20"
After 35–40 years, many women notice that things no longer function the same way:
- weight increases more easily
- fatigue appears more frequently
- sleep becomes fragmented
- cravings for sweets intensify
- fat accumulates in the abdominal region
These changes are not "lack of willpower," but real physiological modifications.
What happens biologically?
